Marathon Machine Technologies is a family owned machine shop located in rural north-central Wisconsin. Lee Rufener started the business in 1995 in a garage in Ohio, and moved to Wisconsin two years later. Since that time we have added five employees and eight CNC machines. We serve manufacturing firms in various states across a broad range of industries, as well as repair shops and end users. Our focus has always been on reliable service in quality and on-time delivery. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy, we aren’t either. Service is personal. We are large enough to handle upscale projects and small enough to care about details. Apart from our machining equipment, our greatest asset is the people who operate them. At Marathon Machine Technologies, our work force includes senior members with over 30 years experience in tool and die making, alongside high school vocational students in seeking to establish the work force of tomorrow. We prefer the "old fashioned" method of training all of our workers in multiple tasks so to cover the extremely diverse needs that a modern competent shop requires. Thanks for stopping by.
